At EduTalk, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers only. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@edutalk.net.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You are a first-time subscriber to EduTalk
  • The refund request is made within 7 days of your initial purchase date
  • Your account has not been previously refunded
  • Your account has not been terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

  • Subscription renewals: Automatic renewal charges are not eligible for refund. You can cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
  • Mid-cycle cancellations: If you cancel your subscription mid-billing period, you retain access until the end of the period but are not entitled to a partial refund.
  • Terms violations: Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refund.
  • Repeat refund requests: Users who have previously received a refund from EduTalk are not eligible for additional refunds.
  • Promotional or free trial periods: No refund applies if the purchase was made under a promotional offer that specified non-refundable terms.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Send an email to support@edutalk.net with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your registered email address and the reason for your request
  • Provide your approximate purchase date

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial use of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

7. Chargebacks

Important: Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first at support@edutalk.net. We are committed to resolving issues quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and may affect your ability to use EduTalk in the future.
